14:30 Walk along “Dry Creek” Trail – view of a variety of plants to learn about their many uses for traditional medicine, crafts and construction materials – view of some species of monkeys, peccaries, birds and many insects (all subject to season availability)

20:30 Night walk with great possibilities of sighting nocturnal animals like armadillos, snakes, tapir, monkeys and birds. Great chance to hear the roar of the jaguar.

14:30 Walk to “Caquiahuara macaw Cliff” – view of parabas in natural nesting habitat from a high lookout, as well as large native trees and plants
On return to refuge, walk to high lookout to see impressive sunset landscape of Amazon jungle and rivers
