OUR STAFF
All staff at Mashaquipe are indigenous habitants of the jungle and surrounding locations. With over 12 years of experience on eco-tourism services in Madidi National Park and Las Pampas of the Yacumna River, initially, most of our staff worked with other tourism companies in Rurrenabaque and have helped consolidate this community entrepreneurship: Mashaquipe Eco Tours.
Our founding members, partners, and all staff: guides, drivers, cooks, cleaning staff, etc., come from indigenous communities and have received high quality training in ecotourism services. Respect and friendship are high principles of our culture and community life of each and every one in our staff. We have joined together in a great team with the main purpose of offering memorable experiences and high standards of satisfaction to all our visitors to Madidi National Park and Las Pampas of Yacuma River.
